Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Sales the position is vital to the growth of our business and will be assessed based on revenue generation. This position manages route to market ? primarily direct sales in the assigned territory in NE/MW U.S for maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. This is an individual contributor role. The position will offer FORGE products to key markets which include Bolted Steel Storage Tanks Supply, Construction and Engineering services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage route to market ? End Users, Integrators, OEM?s Corporate level accounts, contractors, and distributors.
• Lead direct sales efforts on all key projects.
• Make an ownership-level commitment to learn about the key markets and long-term growth opportunities within the assigned region.
• Probe potential clients regarding both the logical and emotional buying motivations.

• Develop key influencer relationships within the region: Engineers, Contractors, etc.
• Provide active involvement in regional networking within key industry segments such as OEM?s, contractors, EPC, Engineering firms and corporate level companies.
• Provide timely updates on competition and the market.
• All other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ TRAVEL

• Position located anywhere in the region with reasonable access to a major airport.
• Willing to travel 50%+ of time, as needed.
• Regular travel in an automobile is required. Overnight travel, which may consist of several sequential days and flying via commercial airlines.
• Ability to work in self-directed, home office environment.
